Cannot load 4.0.1 agent on Windows 2003 Server

I'm having trouble loading the Zenworks 4.0.1 agent on a new Windows 2003
citrix server I'm seting up. We use the agent for policies and NAL
objects, is their a way to make this version of zenworks work under
windows 2003?
