Thanks Craig. I think it's the logged on user might have a different policy, but that's a guess. Where would I go to look?

That is controlled by ZENworks Remote Control policies.
There are both User and Machine policies and depending on how they are
configured, it could be either the computers have different policies
assigned or the logged on user has a different policy assigned.
