Remote Control help

I did some testing on a particular workstation that always prompts the user to accept Remote Control. I logged in as admin and then did remote control and it did not prompt. I log out and log in as the default generic user and it prompts for permission. The strange thing is this same generic username used at a different machine will not prompt the user for permission. Crazy stuff! Anyone?
