Problems upgrading ZUWS 3.5.117 to 3.5 ir3

Hello,

i'm upgrading ZUWS from version 3.5.117 to 3.5 ir3. After upgrading .net framework to 3.5 i receive an error indicating that the file c:\programfiles\authenticationlib\bin\Distribution serveragent.exe.config not exist or corrupted and the installation fails.
I verify that the file don't exist
What can i do?
