Failed to update Distribution Server

After installing ZESM on the server SSI and the Management Console. I run the Management Console and am prompted with the Directory Service Configuration Wizard. I put in all the credentials and then receive

Failed to update Distribution Server.

I do not see any log files on the server.

Anything to look for?
