Thanks for the update, Daniel. I was not aware of that list. My problems were on Dell and HP systems. The Dell may have been an older card, but the HP's were new tablets.
We did find another work around. Seems if we go to Device Manager and remove the NIC, reboot, then let it reinstall, then reboot again, it works. So between my 3 work-arounds (remove NIC, remove ZESM client, or re-image) I guess I have enough of an answer.
