Encryption problem

Yes I am using the safe harbor option. Yes it does the same thing for new and existing files/folders. I have not tired a new encryption key.

So you using the "safe harbor" option? if your creating new folders or files does it do the same thing? have you tried generating a new encryption key to see if this solves the issue?
