Blackberry Installation

The first thing I would try is to verify the version of the Blackberry
devices. As you must be aware, ZENworks 6.5 supports the following versions
of Blackberry devices *only*:
BlackBerry 850 / 857 devices using the DataTAC network.

BlackBerry 950 / 957 devices using the Mobitex network.
