receive failed memory full

Hi,

I tried to send an application to my device,
but the log says : file distribution failure, may be out of memory. File
\testprogs\adobe\arceARMen_usr.PPC_2577.CABreceive failed, memory full.
Then I try again and it succeeds.
What is this? I do have enough memory.
I have this often and I am wondering what this could be. Language? I
assume you can install all kind of language applications to non-english
windows mobile devices?
