Below was clipped from the help definition:

Remote Path: Browse to the remote share path to the installation directory.
This path is required in order to use the ZENworks Handheld Management
Inventory Viewer.

In other words, you would point this to where you installed ZFH (i.e.
\\{yourservername}\{shared folder name}
