Remote Control?

Anyone manage to get this working? I've set the password on the device
and have the RC policy set up and it all seems fine, however, when I try
to RC the device (PPC 2003 and PPC 2006) it just fails.

As a test I've tried to VNC the device from the PC it's connected to and
this also fails. Any ideas?
