Can't get application properties

Recently upgraded ZfH from 6.5 to 7sp1r2. I can create handheld apps,
rename and delete them, but cannot set the properties. Also cannot get the
properties for the Remote Management Policy. I've tried different
combinations of the snapins between ZfH 7 and ZfD 6.5, but nothing has
worked. Thought maybe ConsoleOne 1.3.6f would make this work, but it did
not.
