Remote Control need config IP ??

I am not clear on this so I appologize if this is not clear to you. Are
the clients connected to a wireless IP network when you try to remote
control them? If it is only connected by ActiveSync then I do not believe
it will work. The device needs to have a VNC password set and needs to
have a distinct IP address that eDir knows about.
Let me know if I am misunderstanding.
