Remote Control need config IP ??

I installed ZHM 7 IR2 on Win2003 Sp2 with eDir 8739, and install
Activesync on the same Machine.
I use PPC2002 as Client, I found it imported and created successfully.
But I test Remote Control function, it fail, I check PDA object that it
have a private IP ......

If PDA only connect ZHM by ActiveSync, Does it could not be control ?? or
I need config other IP config for remote control ??
