Looking for recommendations / opinions

We are in the process of developing a hand held policy.

We want to designate one particular brand / model of hand held to be the standard.

One of the major points must be that the device works well with ZEN.

So, with that in mind, I am soliciting any and all opinion and recommendations for hand held units.
