Installation of palm desktop 4.1

We are using zen 4x to create the snapshot for installation of palm
desktop 4.1 for windows xp pro , after snapshot created it works only
under my user id for any other user (even admin user ) the windows
installer tries to reinstall the program and asking for msi files path ,
if i provide the msi files path then it says admin rights required, after
pressing few times cancel the application launches.

is anyone having this problem ? please help
