Migrating ZFH Server to new hardware.

I need to migrate our ZFH server to a new box. Its currently on a box that
is slowly dying. I can re-install ZFH on a new box with the same name and
IP address but how do I migrate the database and GUID info. Currently this
ZFH server has collected over 3000 handhelds from over 120 schools with
1000's of PC's running zfhproxy. Re-installing the proxy is not an option
at this point. Please help.
