firewall configuration

hi,

i know redcarpet/zen-works-linux-mgmt server and client communicate via
the following Ports:
(server-to-client 505)
(client-to-server 443)

my problem is that client-to-server communication is not possible because
of a firewall between the client and the server.

is there a way to tell redcarpet/zen-works-linux-mgmt to communicate only
one way, from the server to the client?
