no... at least you don't see it... it comes with it's own capsulated eDir
version.. the reason why you can't install it on OES..

yes... as you would be the "admin" for the corporation doing this stuff..
filtering on the firewall would take care of others not using your
repository..

and as you need root rights to run rug...
