Bundle installation failure ....

I've created a bundle with a couple of RPMs in it. Scheduled installation is tied to the device's refreash. There is no indication in the event log that the deliver of the bundle was even attempted let alone completed and the rpms installed. Any thoughts on what to check for?

On a side not, does anyone know if rpms are installed in the order they are listed?
