OES - No channels available

I'm trying to get my OES servers updated via a ZLM 6.6.1 server. I have
followed the Cool Solution article "How to mirror Open Enterprise....with
ZLM 6.6.1" but without any success. I can get my OES servers to register
with ZLM but "rug ch" return No channels available.

Anyone knows how to get OES working with ZLM 6.6.1 ?
