Thanks for your efforts.

I removed then re-created my remote execution policy and it started to be executed (dont know how it was different). However like you I found that it got part way through the download process then silently stopped. Although ZCC event log reported this as a success it didnt add any packages to the updates catalog. I eventually ran it from the command line and it completed after about 2 hours. Maybe zlm has some mechanism to time out long running processes even though I told it to "wait until script completes"

It now remains to be seen whether it will run properly once the initial load is over and there is only a few packages to add.
