zlm-config failed.

Hi all.

I was trying to install zlm7.3 on sles11 guestOS on Xen server.
This is what I did.

step.1 install postgresSQL 8.4
: had no issue.

step 2 install zlm 7.3
: 2-1 zlm-install : had no issue
2-2 zlm-config : had an issue

This is Local set info of GuestOS SLES11 : en_US.UTF-8
This is DB character set info of postgresSQL : UTF8

Any suggestion?
