Note field in ZCC for devices

In our environment, we have some servers that we want to avoid patching certain apps. The vendor claims it may/will break their application.

To this end, I have created a folder in ZCC indicating the contents (servers) need special handling. Upon reflection, I don't really want to create individual folder/groups for every instance of this I run across. Nor do I want to keep separate documentation outside of ZCC to read in order to remember what is "special" about a particular server.

I don't see a place to add comments or notes on the device within ZCC.

Has anyone run into this and have suggestions about how to handle?
