DLU Stopped working after 4.91 SP3 upgrade

I've just installed the 4.91SP3 client on our XP workstations and DLU no longer works. Embarassingly, we're still using the Zenworks 2.0 Starter Pack. We had been using the 4.90 SP2 client, which also didn't work with DLU until we "back rev'ed" the zenpol32.dll file to the version that came with 4.83 (dated 7/23/2001). Then it worked perfectly.

I tried the same "fix" with 4.91SP3 (replacing zenpol32.dll with the older version), but DLU still fails and I get presented with a Windows login prompt if the user's account doesn't already exist on the workstation.

FWIW, here's our DLU configuration (Zenworks 2.0 Starter kit):

Enable DLU: YES
Manage Existing NT account: YES
Use Netware credentials: YES
Volatile user: NO

Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated.

(Unfortunately, upgrading to a more recent version of Zenworks isn't an option)
