Office Hyperlinks

I have users that are locked down using Zen user policies. When they are in WORD and click on a hyperlink it gives them `This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer". If a user that has admin access logs in they can launch the hyperlink fine. Does anyone know what exe or what I have to do to allow the users to launch hyperlinks?
