zenworks 6.5/7 multicasting

I'm having a problem multicast imaging using zenworks.
I have a folder containing 41,682 files (2.54GB) and Zenworks will freeze up on this folder. If I remove or zip up the folder the imaging works great.

An image to or from file works OK ... just multicasting.

Any ideas ??
