Which version of the pxe boot image files are you using?

Also, is this something that has recently become an issue with new types op hardware, or is occurring with hardware that worked in the past.

There a couple of options to try, one could be to try and boot with the latest bootcd included in the zip found here : NOVELL: Downloads - ZENworks Imaging Driver Update for June 2009
