Default Can't boot into linux from server prior to imaging with Zen7

We're having an issue where we can't complete the boot process from the network before imaging. We can get to the opening zenworks imaging screen and select Maintenance mode but we know we're in trouble when boot/linux begins to load slowly and boot/initrd even more slowly. Eventually these finish loading and we get the blue zenworks screen but we never get to the linux prompt instead it drops us to a screen that says WLAN Authentication. This was occurring occasionally a few weeks ago but has been occurring with greater and greater frequency to the point where this morning out of 15 laptops that we were trying to image only 4 made it to the linux prompt.
