Citrix Application does not run

On our Portal we published a Citrix Application (Zenworks 6.5 Sp1). On the
Application object When I try to start the application the following message
is shown.

"ICA Configuration is not setup correctly. One of the Nfuse files may be
missing".

I checked the following documentation but I couldn't find a solution for my
problem.

In the XML_SERVER_PORT String i set the DNS Name of my Citrix Server. But
this didn`t help

Does somebody know a solution for this problem?
