OnDemand Active X Plugin

We are having trouble with clients launching the Ondemand activex plugin to
run applications. Old clients who previously had the client installed from
prior use run fine but new machines that should pull down the client either
are not or are not running it correctly. We even tried the stand alone
install of the client. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?
