Default Active Windows Loses Focus

I'm just starting an eval and it's starting out well - of course I
only have agents installed the PLUS server and my PC.

Minimizing the interaction with users is the primary goal. Our current
home-grown solution (a very large VBScript) runs via the Novell logon
script to look for uninstalled patches, pops up an IE window with a
"Please Wait..." message, then installs them silently and reboots when
they have all been applied. (BTW, this system has worked great for us
for over 2 years - it's just becoming increasingly difficult to
maintain.)

The current plan for ZPM is that reboots are supressed during
deployments since most users shut their PCs off when they leave. The
"Reboot System" task will be scheduled at 2:00am for those who don't
(still working on that one). What I'm seeing is that as the patches
are deploying, windows changes "focus" to each patch as they are being
installed. So, for example, as I'm typing an e-mail my keystrokes
start going somewhere else and I have to Alt-Tab or click back to the
"Mail To:" window. This behavior is not acceptable - to me or any of
our users. Any Suggestions?
