Deploying packages not accurate

I am currently running zen patch management version 6.3.2.700 on a windows
2003 server. The server does everything except launch applications at a
desired time. I've played with it and I still can't get it to deploy
packages at the accorded time. I don't know what am I doing wrong. At
the client, I get this error on the agent's log

I don't know if there is a communication error or something like that, but
it doesn't seem to get the package. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
