Default computer continuously gets prompt to restart

Using ZENworks Desktop Management 7 SP1 (HP6 applied).

5 NALs were created and associated to workstations. Used force run, force run order, wait on force run. A user reported that the next day, when he started his computer, he continuously sees a prompt to restart his computer. In the Event Viewer, however, user sees errors for PatchLink Update Agent such as: "forcing agent rebooted status to TRUE" or "Error reading system uptime". We did not deploy any patches via Patch Management during this time.

2 of the NALs were to change the installation path for MS Office 2000 Disc1 and Disc2. The other 3 NALs were to update the Novell Client.

All other computers did not experience this problem. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcomed.
