Failed 0x0000190D errors for Task - Reboot System

I'm testing a newly installed ZPM system before rolling it out and I'm
running into Failed 0x0000190D errors whenever I try to push out the
Task - Reboot System. I have pushed this out to 10 other PCs and they
all receive the same error. I tried re-caching the package, but that
didn't seem to do anything.

Our server specs are:
ZPM version 6.4.2.1378 (new install on a new server)
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition

Any suggestions on what to try next? The closest item I found in the KB
was TID 7000577, but that indicated a problem for older content that is
recached, which this shouldn't be.
