I'm currently running ZPM as a VM on our VMWare server and it seems to
be working Ok (Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, SP2; MS SQL
database installed locally; 1.5 GB RAM, 1 processor at 2.40 GHz)

We have a max of 450 licenses/agents so that probably makes a
difference. If you have more agents you would likely need something
beefier.
