Office 2003 Patches

I have a computer that has office 2002 on it but it also has office 2003 publisher on it.

I am getting these two patches for Office 2003:

Office 2003 (English/MUI) Service Pack 1 (Rev 2)
and
MS 885828 (English/MUI) Office 2003 Update (February 8, 2005) (Rev 2)

We have update this computer by hand and it has the SP3 for office 2003 but the patch is still looking for SP1.

How do we get rid of these patches or what do we need to do so we get the right patches for Office 2003?
