Default ZPM updates for PM server that is patching RHEL servers

The version of PM on the PM server that will be patching RHEL servers is 6.4.2.1326. The version of PM on another PM server that is patching Windows desktops and servers is 6.4.2.1549. I know that for the PM server that is patching Windows, any updates for the PM server are included as part of the packages. I don't see the same for the PM server that will be used to patch Linux. So, how does that PM server get PM updates for itself?

To confuse matters more, the PM server that will patch Linux is being patched by the PM server that is patching Windows but I don't see any of the PM updates for servers listed under vulnerabilities for the PM server (patching Linux).

I downloaded the latest ISO and used that to install PM so the PM version should be 6.4 SP2. What update am I missing and need to download from Novell to get the PM server (patching Linux) to the same version as the PM server (patching Windows)?

In addition, to filter out all languages except English, I don't see the Languages tab when you click on Options, Subscription Service Tab, Configure button. In fact, I only see the Service page but no other tabs.
