Microsoft security Bulletin Minor Revisions

I subscribe to Microsoft Security Bulletins.
During each month I receive revisions of the MS bulletins. This Month I received revisions for ms09-052, 053, 054, 060, 061. They were called minor.
There was also a major revision.
Here is my question. How do I update these in Patch Management?
Do they not get addressed until the next month's patch tuesday for these revisions get incorporated?
