This doesn't really sound like being related to ZENworks personality migration.
Are you using ZENworks desktop management?
If yes, post in the management-agent forum corresponding to your zenworks version. If not, post to the client forum instead. Also, include information on the versions of Novell products you are using for the components involved (client, server, zenworks version).
