Error messages that appear when running DNAcollect
Using ZENworks 7 SP1 and ZDM and Personality Migration is on a NetWare 6.5 SP7 server. Followed installation guide and article written by Linda Kennard and Ron Tanner back in March 2004 to set up server, workstation, DNA template, and DNAcollect application object. When the application object is associated to either a workstation object or a user, on the workstation that was used to create the DNA template, get this message: "Your settings file is corrupt or cannot be accessed. The application is unable to continue." On other workstations when the application object is run from application explorer (and associated either to the workstation object or user), the message that comes up is: "DesktopDNA.exe - Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because SKCA32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
