missing muscle migration?

Based on the documentation from Novell (here is the

, I could not find muscle migration from anywhere.

First, I opened the file named ddnaoptions.dox but I do not see /Disable
MuscleMigrationDLG exists in the file.
Second, although /Disable MuscleMigrationDLG does not exists in the
ddnaoptions.dox file, I do not see muscle when I opened the template editor.

I would appreciate it very much if someone can advise what I missed. Any
idea on getting muscle showing up?
