ZfS, TED and JAVA error

I haven't seen many 30 Gb distributions, but it should work :-)

Could you give some more info about the type of files within this
distribution? Amount of files, how often do they change,
What is the maximum amount of revisions set on this distribution?
Do you only get issues during the gather or also during extract?
What is the build schedule on this distribution? are there many other
build's scheduled at the same time?

You might want to increase the memory limmit within the ZFS.NCF even a bit
more, I think by default on NW 6.5 you can go up to 640M, beond that you
need to start playing with the -u switch in order to create additional user
space memory.
