Distribution of files containing an € (euro) sign in the name

We have not the resources to test it, yet.

Planning and testing the current project design took more than that year ;-
). It contains the upgrade of 8 sites and the double number of servers.
This project needs to finished before we start another major update. We
can manage it without the little file.

From today on I am off for the next two weeks, back on the 4th of
september.
