ZfS vs. Nagios- SNMP Monitoring Functionality

Can anyone give me some foundation here as to how to rate ZfS SNMP
functionality (paid product) vs. Nagios SNMP functionality (open source)?
I need to justify why a customer should go with ZfS instead of a free product.
