Communication Error

I installed Zenworks Monitoring and Management 7 an it seems to be getting
a good scan of devices on our network. I installed the Monitoring
Management Agent on a NetWare 6.5 server and when I got to Devices,
Oerating System or Services a Pop Up says Communication Error and I'm
given 3 reasons.

1 The Device is down or not responding.
2 The Community String are not correct.
3 The Network is Slow or Unresonsive.

The Community String thing might be it but I think its set to public.

The NLMs are loaded on the target server and error has the correct IP
address.

I followed TID 10072684 including remaking the DB.
