No server details

I am running ZSM Management & Monitoring on my NW 65 SP6 network. My Atlas
comes up showing switches routers & Servers and I have been able to copy
my servers into a seperate Atlas. The problem though is that only some of
the servers are showing details (services, devices & Operating system). I
have been running for over a week now and Netxplor has gone tough over 100
cycles on the IP discovery and over 200 cycles on LANZ discovery. I have
tested connectivity to all the servers and it shows to be fine. So
obviously I have something not running correctly on the servers that are
not reporting. Can any one help me here?
