ERROR - Unable to initialize database access

Hi ;-)
From the log you sent it looks like you have the information for the Database setup and that your system tries to connect to the DB but is unable ot establish a connection.
First off is the DB up and running ?
Usually the issue from the log is that either the DB has not been loaded or that you have re-installed the DB on another server and not updated the Policy to point to the new locaiton of the DB.
