Adminstudio v9 Trial license expired

I´ve the following problem and hopefully someone can help :-),
I´m using Adminstudio v8.5 with ZCM 10.1.3 on a developer PC to create MSI packages. After a reinstall of the PC I installed Adminstudio v9. At start of Adminstudio I get the message: "Trial license has expired". Ok, I typed in my license key and I got the answer that everything is fine, but no way, at the next start of Adminstudio the procedure started again. So I am hanging in a loop and there is no way to work with Adminstudio.
