Are there any other crashes about this time?
I have seen a number of hits where a Windows Service crashes (lsass.exe,
rpc, etc..) crashes and generates this error.

I don't think it's an MSI causing this since the initiator is not MSIEXEC
but Winlogon.
I also don't think it's a policy since this shows a "Reboot" and not a
"Logoff".

I'm not saying ZEN is not related and may be causing a Windows Service to
crash that is causing the reboot.
I don't think a ZEN service is crashing since in the past these have crashed
but have not forced reboots.
